Co-working in BTR
Updated: May 7
An increasing number of people are choosing to work from home if only for one day a week to avoid the strugglle of the daily commute.
As BTR assets become more widespread, the amenity offer must reflect the lifestyles of the residents.
Having co-working space available will make BTR assets a more attractive prospect. The amenities offered have to be what the residents want.
With space at a premimum in city centre apartment blocks most occupiers do not have the luxury of a home office. Having co-working services on-site would provide a key service to residents. In some instances a co-wrorking space might be more in demand than a gym or a cinema in the basement.
