  • Prepare and submit invoices for rent, service charge and insurance to tenants

  • Collection of arrears, managing enforcement agents and solicitors

  • Management of leases/licenses/tenancy agreements

  • Arrange buildings insurance, third party insurance, public liability insurance, recovery of premiums from tenants

  • Preparation of annual service charge budgets, assessing tenant contributions and issuing corresponding demands

  • Quarterly communal area inspections, annual tenant demise inspections

  • Prepare and issue quarterly/annual income and expenditure statements, issue management reports

  • Negotiation and supervision of contractors for maintenance and repairs

  • Setup a portfolio wide CapEx program for repairs and improvements

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, maintain certification logs for each asset
