Several years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, in-depth knowledge of real estate investment, management and development. Previously a member of CBRE Capital Markets team working in an advisory capacity on the analysis of acquisition, disposal and development of large scale real estate assets including key landmark buildings in the City of London, prime shopping centres and high-end residential development schemes. Working with key clients - The Crown Estate, British Land, Lend Lease and Capital and Counties.

Previous fund management experience having worked at Lasalle Investment Management on a prime shopping centre fund. Early experience in capital markets and securities business having worked in proprietary fixed income trading at the Japanese investment bank Nomura and as a fixed income specialist at Lehman Brothers Investment Bank.

A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, participating in RICS CPD through lecturing in 'Commercial Property Investment'. Non-executive Directorship of Accession Homes, the development arm of Estuary Housing Association.

Derek Price B.A, B.Arch L'Pool

Qualified architect working in the commercial sector for the past forty years. During this time he has held posts as Senior Architect for the South East Region for Whitbread's plc and then National Project Manager for Whitbread's prestigious Hotel and Leisure Division responsible for the expenditure of an £82 million budget.

After a period working within a major plc joined the Conran Design Group as Associate Director and then became Director of Architecture for the practice. Worked on many large scale projects including Gatwick Terminals, Bon Acord Shopping Centre, the re launch of BHS and the re design of the Burton Group Mensware chain.

Launched PMP Architects in early 1988 and as Senior Partner worked with a large number of prestigious clients including the BBC at Broadcasting House and White City, Teesland/Valad on the Doncaster Interchange Shopping Centre, M&S at the Metro Centre together with the Prudential, GRE Properties, Scarborough Developments and many other funds and developers.
